🚚 Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You’ll be notified via email if there are any unexpected delays.


📦 Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs and delivery times depend on the specific item and shipping destination. This ensures fair pricing based on size, weight, and location.

  • You’ll see accurate shipping fees and estimated delivery times during checkout.

  • Some items may ship separately if fulfilled from different locations.


🌍 Where We Ship

We currently ship to:

  • Canada

  • United States

  • Select international destinations

Please note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO) at this time.


🔍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. If your order contains multiple items, you may receive separate shipments with individual tracking numbers.


🌐 International Shipping

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and other fees are not included and are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are not under our control.

If you receive an item that is:

  • Incorrect

  • A clear photo of the item and packaging

  • A short description of the issue
